– Construction Part ( Complete Rehabilitation of Supply channel to Pumping\u00a0 Pool by putting\u00a0 new mechanical grid for cleaning of branches and alga in the channel, Providing New Baseplates for the Pump Aggregates, Improving the Internal interior of the building, Installation of new Ventilators for internal circulation in pump station).<\/p>

– Electrotechnical Part ( Delivery and Putting into operation of New Power Transformer 6\/0.4Kv, Delivery of Control Cabinets for six(6) pumps with integrated Frequency convertors, Parametrization of new SCADA system for Automatic work of pump station through PLC and Web monitoring, Providing equipment for Video surveillance and Providing equipment for protection of burglary).<\/p>

– Mechanical Part (Manufacturing and delivery of 6(six) new Vertical Turbine Deep Well Pump type VL 38-2, with Installed Motor Power: 315 [kW],1450 rpm, V1,400\/690V and total capacity of pump station and following technical characteristics:
Capacity:\u00a0 Q = 277 [l\/s] , TDH:\u00a0 76 [m] ,Length\u00a0 L= 5100 mm.
Capacity of pump station:1.6 m3\/s
Installed Motor Power: 315 [kW],1450 rpm, V1,400\/690V<\/p>

– Delivery and putting into operation of 6 (six) ultrasonic flowmeters DN 400 and 1(one) ultrasonic flowmeter DN 1000;<\/p>

– Delivery and putting into operation of shock absorber with flanges DN 250PN16;<\/p>

– Rehabilitation of the 6(six) non-return valves DN400PN16;<\/p>

– Delivery and assembly of 6(six) electric actuators for existing valves.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In order to provide safe and reliable operation of Pump Station Marena, to\u00a0 decrease the costs of maintenance of equipment and decrease\u00a0 the losses of energy, the final objective of this project\u00a0 was to realize complete rehabilitation and modernization of the pump station on a turn key basis in all three different areas( Construction, Electro -technical and Mechanical Part).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By realization of this project it is provided additional quantity of quality irrigation water for irrigation of almost 2000 hectares of long-standing crops. By realization of this project the pump station will increase its overall efficiency, considerably decrease the maintenance cost of the equipment and provide exact information for the delivered water to its users. This on the end will mean decrease of water and energy consumption, which is prerequisite of development of modern agriculture.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
