Brief description:
The main objective of the project was Capital Repair and Servicing of 1 (One) Propeller Pumps for Drainage, model 35VZ80 Manufacturer by Jastrebac Serbia, for protection from flooding from Rainwater.
Realized activities:
Capital Repair of Main Drainage Pump Model 35VZ80, Manufactured by company Jastrebac Serbia. The parameters of the pump are following:
–Year of Production:2016;
-Capacity:1680 l/s, Head:10.8 meters. Electro Engine n= 580RPM/ N = 315 KW;
The following activities were realized by MZT Pump:
-Manufacturing of new couplings for shafts;
-Replacement of all sleeves and rubber bearings;
-Manufacturing and replacement of new shaft;
-Replacement of new bearings, sealings and replacement of all bolts.
The pump was dismantled from end client, cleaned internally and mounted after replacement of all parts. The pump was tested and put into operation at end client facility.
