“Rehabilitation and upgrade of Hydrosystem Zletovica”
Brief description:
The main objective of this project was to rehabilitate the Hydro system Zletovica with different servicing activities for existing equipment, and to upgrade the System through Delivery, Installation and putting into operation of new Conical Valve-Howell Bunger.
Realized activities:
– Servicing activities for revision valve in dam botton pipeline;
– Servicing activities for safety valve in dam botton pipeline;
– Servicing activities for hydraulic power for revision and safety valve in dam bottom pipeline;
– Servicing activities for revision valve in outlet dam botton pipeline;
– Servicing activities for hydraulic power for revision valve in outlet dam botton pipeline;
– Delivery, installation and putting into operation of new Conical Valve-Howell Bunger;
– Rehabilitation of the mechanism of the butterfly valve’s counter weight;
– Control of measurement equipment;
– Creating project for the realized reconstruction activities and delivered equipment.
By realization of this project the client Hydrosystem Zletovica has considerably increased the safety in working and operation. By realized servicing activities the lifetime of the existing equipment was prolonged, and the maintenance activities were decreased. By installing new Conical Valve-Howell Bunger the safety of the Hydro Power Plant was increased as an ultimate objective.
