Public utility company "Water Supply" Bor – Serbia

Project:

Production and delivery of 2 sets of Hydro station that include Vertical Multistage Pump Aggregate type: HS 2 x CS3-6 .

Brief description:

The main objective of the project was manufacturing of Hydro station from Vertical Multistage Pump Aggregate (Two sets) pump type CS3-6 for pressure increase in the hydrant network for the needs for Public utility company Water Supply BOR in Serbia, pump will used for transport of Clean Drinking Water.
The plant Consists of two Vertical multistage Centrifugal pumps, a suction DN80 and a discharge DN80 collector made of black pipes protected by paint, ball and non-return valves, electrical cabinet (operation mode 1 working + 1 reserve pump, automatic start, possibility of manual activation, possibility of daily automatic control of the operation of all pumps, fault signaling, the possibility of connection to remote signaling), pressure switch as protection against dry operation, Pressure vessels 300 l NP 25 bar and other small materials, all on a common stand, wired and ready for commissioning.

Realized activities:

Design & manufacturing, delivery, put in work process of Hydro station HS 2 x CS3-6 with the following technical parameters:

  • Q= 7,5 [l/s]
  • P= 80 [m]
  • N= 11 [kW]
  • n= 1450 [RPM].
  • Sealing: Mechanical seal.
