Project:
Capital Repair and Servicing with delivery of 1 (One) End Suction Centrifugal Transfer Pump type: NK-65/35-70 and 2 (Two) End Suction Centrifugal Pump type: NK-560/335-70 from Russian Production.
Brief description:
The main objective of the project was Capital Repair and Servicing of 1 (One) pump NK-65/35-70 and 2 (Two) pumps NK-560/335-70. That was made A full service was performed according to the defect list, as well as the installation of the pump with commissioning for the needs of TERMINAL in OKTA AD Skopje for transport of Kerosene and Diesel Fuel.
Realized activities:
– Capital Repair of 1 ( One ) End Suction Centrifugal Petrol Pump NK-65/35-70 parameters of the pump are as follows:
– Capacity: 10 l/s, Head: 50 meters or 5 bars.
– Engine 10 KW/2900RPM;
The following activities were realized by MZT Pump:
– Replacement of all sleeves and distant sleeves in the pump.
– Replacement of new bearings, sealings and replacement of all bolts.
– Replacement of Mechanical Seal Burgmann.
– Capital Repair of 2 ( Two ) End Suction Centrifugal Petrol Pump NK-560/335-70 parameters of the pump are as follows:
– Capacity: 70 l/s, Head: 65 meters or 6.5 bars.
– Engine 110 KW/2900RPM.
The following activities were realized by MZT Pump:
– Replacement of all sleeves and distant sleeves in the pump.
– Replacement of new bearings, sealings and replacement of all bolts.
– Replacement of Mechanical Seal Burgmann.
The pump was dismantled from end client, cleaned internally and mounted after replacement of all parts. The pump was tested and put into operation at end client facility in Terminal in OKTA AD Skopje.
