Capital Repair and Servicing of 1 (One) Vertical Multistage Pump, model VC6-6 Manufacturer by our Company MZT PUMPI AD Skopje.
Brief description:
The main objective of the project was Capital Repair and Servicing of 1 (One) Vertical Multistage Pump for Irrigation, model VC6-6 that is manufacturer by MZT PUMPI AD Skopje, for irrigation of cherry orchard in city Delcevo.
Realized activities:
Capital Repair of Main Drainage Pump Model VC6-6 , The parameters of the pump are following:
–Year of Production:1985 with L = 6m;
-Capacity: 8-12 l/s, Head: 85-70 meters.
– Engine 18,5KW/2900RPM;
The following activities were realized by MZT Pump:
– Manufacturing of new couplings for shafts;
– Replacement of all sleeves and rubber bearings;
– Manufacturing and replacement of new shaft;
– Replacement of new bearings, sealings and replacement of all bolts.
– Replacement of old engine 18,5KW for new engine with 37KW/2900RPM;
The pump was dismantled from end client, cleaned internally and mounted after replacement of all parts. The pump was tested and put into operation at end client facility.
