Production, delivery and put in operation of 1 (One) Horizontal multistage Centrifugal Pumps type: 42DMSD200-3 for pumping water from a lake for coal mining in REK Bitola.

Project Description:
– Construction Part (Production, delivery a Pontoon with our complete installation of the 42DMSD200-3 pump on it so that water can be drained from the lake. The pontoon has dimension 7x6m and was install to the lake.
– Electrotechnical Part (Production of Pump control cabinet with the following features:
Equipped with frequency converter model:
– DELTA VFD3350CP43C-00
* 355kW / 683A LD up to 120% 1min / 5min
* 315kW / 616A ND up to 160% 3sec / 25sec
* built-in PLC controller
– compact circuit breaker 630A
– ventilation equipment with a capacity of 1400m3/h and a heater.
– other electrical materials: conductors, boots
– implementation of control to maintain flow or pressure
– IP55 performance.
– Mechanical Part (Manufacturing and delivery of One new Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump type 42DMSD200-3, with Installed Motor Power: 315 [kW],1450 rpm, B3,400/690V/IE2 class and total capacity of pump with following technical characteristics:
Working point number 1:
Q=200 l/s; H= 100m; N motor=315 KW with Suction height Hs=4.5 m;
Working point number 2:
Q=120-150 l/s; H=140-120 m; N motor=250 KW with Suction height Hs=4.5 m;
Realized activities:
A Complete Project for Pumping Water from the Lake has been implemented to enable coal mining for the needs of REK Bitola, with the construction of a new Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal pump 42DMSD200-3, electrical part and pontoon on which the pump will be installed.
